You can simply copy the particular surveys URL from in the “Surveys” tab of the building site, and send it to your client via text message, email, social media or any other form of message. Surveys are optimised for viewing on mobile devices.
Yes, you can change your surveys URL at any time in the ‘edit settings’ section of the specific survey you want to change. Simply change the URL prefix to whatever you would like it to be.
Yes – there are 2 ways to do this. In the ‘edit settings’ page for the particular survey on the surveys page, the survey header logo as well as the heading, question and background colors are able to be chosen. When you are in the Survey Design screen, simply press the preview button and the heading, question and background colors will all be individually editable in this view also.
No, at this stage the font style is not editable.
Clients results will be sent to the specified email address you have chosen in the edit settings section of the survey. A copy of the results are also sent to the client. Further options to store responses will be available in the future.
